  • All orders are made-to-order and require a processing time of 3-5 business days before they are shipped.
  • Please note that orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Costs

  • We charge a flat shipping cost of Rs120 on all your orders.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • We offer the following shipping methods:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Destinations

  • Currently, we ship only within India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress on the carrier’s website.

6. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it was unclaimed, we will notify you. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
