1. Exchange Policy

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached to qualify for an exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.

  • If an exchange is not possible due to availability or other reasons, we will issue store credit for the original purchase price (excluding any shipping costs).
  • Store credit can be used towards future purchases and is valid for one year from the date of issue.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for exchange.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
